Free Shipping on Every Order

Every order ships free within the United States - no minimum, no code, no exceptions. We ship to US addresses only.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece leaves our workshop. Handmade pieces are inspected one final time before packing.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your distance from our Florida workshop. Larger pieces (floor lamps, furniture-grade woodwork) may require an extra day or two.

Packaging

Every bag ships in its protective dust bag, nested in a sturdy box with cushioning. Handbags hold their shape in transit; evening clutches are double-boxed. All packaging is recyclable.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a piece arrives damaged, email support@buylium.shop with your order number and a photo within 7 days - we will replace it at no cost. Lost packages are fully refunded or replaced after carrier confirmation.
